Our Hassle-Free Return Process

Important: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags attached, and in the same condition as you received it. Certain items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned (see section below).

Step-by-Step Return Instructions:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn, tagged merchandise in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Austin facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Note that your bank may take additional 3-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item provided it meets our return conditions. Simply indicate your exchange preference in your return request email. We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our collections cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewellery: All men’s and women’s jewellery items (due to personal nature)
  • Final Sale Items: Any products marked as “final sale” at checkout
  • Used or Damaged Items: Products showing signs of wear, without tags, or not in original condition

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.
